Reusable Wipes
Did you know that many parents are opting for reusable baby wipes, even if they are still using disposable nappies? This is because they are such an easy, yet effective, switch to make. To not only reduce your household waste, but to save money too!
Reusable wipes are simply small pieces of cloth, that get used, washed and used again. They can be made from a variety of materials, but the Nappy Guru® team particularly love wipes made from bamboo or wipes with a terry style texture, as these tend to be the most effective, wash well, and are durable. Washable wipes can be stored dry ready to wet and use, or can be stored damp in water or a baby wipes solution ready to use as you need them. There are no rules when it comes to how to use reusable baby wipes, just find a routine that works best for you.
Wipes can be used for bums, hands or faces, and some people prefer to have different coloured baby wipes for each use, but that is entirely up to you. Perhaps you may want to start using reusable wipes just for hands and faces at first, that is fine too- you will soon see just how easy they are!
