Best Baby Changing Bags 2024

When you're a new parent, a good baby changing bag isn’t just a bag—it’s your mobile operations centre. Believe me, if you've ever had to make do with a normal handbag or rucksack for nappy changing, you'll appreciate what a PITA it can be. Not being able to find the baby item you need easily, whether that's your baby's dummy, muslin, wipes or all of the above!

A good baby changing bag gives you easy access to what you need, when you need it.

You'll need it to carry soiled clothes, clean clothes, nappies, wipes, feeding bits and bobs, drinks, snacks, keys, mobile phone, muslins, comforters, portable changing mat...the list goes on.

Choosing the right changing bag can make parenting life significantly easier. Whether you’re navigating attending baby massage classes, running to the shops, tackling flights, or just the park after school having the right bag can make all the difference.

In saying that however, if you're attached to your existing handbag or don't want to shell out for a specific changing bag, you could instead consider a nappy wallet or pushchair organiser. These are smaller than changing bags and are super helpful for keeping those baby essentials on hand and easily accessible!

Here's our list of the 7 Best Baby Changing Bags 2024:

Material: Responsibly sourced leather

Size:  H37cm x W33cm x D15cm

Colours: Black, Tan, Taupe

Care Instructions: For leather, use a clear leather cleaner/protector, test a small section first on the base or a discreet area of the bag to test result.

Customer Reviews: 'What I love about the bag is that it doesn’t look like a “diaper bag” not too many visible pockets and no side bottle holder that just sticks out like a sore thumb. Everything is nicely tucked away.

Love the insulated bottle pocket, although a bit tight if you’re using the chunky Tommy Tippie bottles like I do. Generally a great bag! I’ve even used it for work a couple of times when I needed to carry a bit more stuff, and got many complements on it from coworkers.

2 things I would improve upon are: creating a Velcro fasten or a zipper for the changing mat pockets so things don’t fall out when you take the mat in and out of the bag. The other is to have a little click button on the sides of the bag right at the fold, just so the bag doesn’t lose shape when it’s not too full.'

What We Like: This is an investment buy, but will last you for years and years

The Drawbacks: The price.

Best Budget Changing Bag: RUVALINO Baby Changing Bag Backpack £36.99
