How do period panties for swimming work?

The outer fabric is water repellent. This stops water (from the pool or sea) absorbing into the inside of the swimsuit. It absorbs period blood instead, making it perfect for light periods.

To ensure this is leak proof make sure your swimsuit has a really good fit around the legs - you don't want any gaping when you're moving!

How absorbent are Cheeky period swim pants?

The absorbent lining is thinner than most period products, so avoid wearing solo on your heaviest days. However, the gusset is breathable, plus quick drying!  We recommend prewashing several times before wearing to boost absorbency before wearing.

Durability: Tested in both sea and chlorine conditions. Please note, damage due to external activities like friction or velcro from boards is not covered under warranty.

Care Instructions: Period pants and swimwear is easy to care for! Cold rinse immediately after use to remove chlorine. Wash this swim bikini without fabric softener or bleach to maintain the waterproof qualities. Exceeding 30 degrees may affect the fabric’s performance, and not following care instructions could invalidate returns.
