How to Wash Your Period Resistant Underwear:

How Absorbent Are Your Boybrief Pants?

These Cheeky pants for heavy flow will hold between 4 and 6 tampons worth and feature absorbency from the front to the rear waistband, offering more protection than many other brands, even when sleeping. Cheeky Regular underwear will hold around 2 tampons worth of flow.

If you're super heavy or have endometriosis or abnormally severe periods, you may wish to add a bamboo pad for additional absorbency on your heaviest flow days.

You know your cycle best, so change your protection according to your flow. Typically, changing morning and evening, with an additional change during your heavy days, works for most people. If you use multiple tampons or pads per day, you may need to change more frequently.
