Using Your Washable Breast Pads

Simply place the pads inside your bra over the nipples. Depending on your milk flow, you may need to change the pads during the day for hygiene. They are especially useful at night, ensuring you wake up dry and comfortable.

Care Instructions

Wash Care: Wash with your regular laundry at 30 or 40 degrees. Using a mesh laundry bag can help keep them together.

Drying: Air dry or line dry. Small sock airers are perfect for this.

How Many Bamboo Nursing Pads Do You Need?

We recommend having 5-10 pairs, depending on your milk flow and how often you do laundry. Our pads come in packs of three pairs, allowing you to start with a basic set and adjust according to your needs.
